In the small city of Geel just next to the nature reserve "De Zegge", there is a small bakery museum which was founded by Willy Goossens. It is a retired baker, but has the bakery business close to his heart. Here you can find all sorts of waffle irons, bread, chips, wafer-irons, ice cream, chocolate, marzipan and gingerbread shapes and many other attributes that you find in a typical bakery from this region. Nice to combine with a walking trip or with a bike tour.
