Jul 24, 2009 First of all, its the largest music museum in the world. It has several rooms of interesting instruments from different part of the globe and from different time periods. The building it is housed in is beautiful and the headphones given to hear each instruments work great. I spent over three hours in there and did not even realize it. Check it out. Nov 17, 2008 As a musician this is a place that you can't skip on a trip to Brussels. It's very interactive and educational. Just listening to the various instruments can take the whole day and you won't even notice. And even if you don't play an instrument yourself there's an opportunity there to make up for that :) Nov 17, 2008 The museum is superb, on 4 floors you can see instruments you would never guess they existed and what's ever more fun listen to music generated with their help. On top of that, the building itself is fantastic as is the view from the restaurant on the top floor.
