Situated in the far north-west of Benin, Pendjari National Park is famous for its wildlife and scenery.  Named for the Pendjari river, inhabitants of the Pendjari National Park include hippos, antelopes, lions, elephants, monkeys, and a vast array of birds - over 300 different species in total.
