Occheuteal Beach is considered to be the best and most popular beach at Sihanoukville.   The north end is a popular and crowded area nicknamed Serendipity Beach, which attracts many Westerners looking to relax and have a drink.  Other areas of the beach are popular with locals and package tourists.  The long and narrow beach is shaded in parts by trees, and is long enough to allow for some privacy if you want it.   There are many food hawkers who wander the beaches and offer all sorts of exotic foods.
