Sokha Beach is considered to be the nicest beach in Sihanoukville due to its well maintained white sandy beaches and the shallow waters which are good for wading and floating.  Much of the beach is used by guests of the luxury Sokha Beach resort, but there is public access still.  It is certainly worth a visit if you’re staying nearby.
