Sooke Potholes
About Sooke Potholes
This popular provincial park is home to a series of clear pools (potholes) that are popular for swimming in during the summertime. The pools were naturally carved into the bedrock about 15,000 years ago and are flanked by canyon walls. In the spring time, it's possible to see Pacific Salmon swimming uphill to return to their spawning place.

Mar 12, 2010 Loads of fun swimming in the potholes, climbing the surrounding rocks and jumping back into the water (be very careful with where you jump though). There are even a few mini-waterfalls to swim under. Great way to cool off after a long bike-ride in the summer.
