Oct 4, 2007 When I first arrived to B.C., this was one of the first places I went. Driving along up Hwy 99 on the way to Whistler, you can see Shannon Falls tumble down above the forests. It's a pretty fall, with lots of picnic tables around the area and good short trails. Makes for a nice stopover point on your way up to Whistler, or an equally good destination for a day trip. I remember being impressed then, and it's still a nice place now. It won't compare to some of the waterfall "greats of the world", but then again, who's counting? :)
