Home of the Dunsmuir's when they were rich. The building and grounds are beautiful and it permeates wtih Victorian history. It's definetly worth the entrance fee. Royal Roads is another good side trip that matches well with Craigdarroch Castle.

Craigdarroch castle is a beautiful site. Go in summer season when the sky is clear you'll sure get some good photographs from that place.

Beautiful house but not what I expected given the name "Castle."
