Parliament Hill houses Canada's Parliament Buildings and the tour of these buildings is quite worth while if you're in Ottawa. The tours give you plenty of history and information on how the Canadian government works. There is also a Memorial Chamber for Canada`s war casualties, and a good view from the Peace Tower. Perhaps you`ll even spot a Zatislock from there.

A tour of Parliament Hill is definitely worthwhile on a visit to Ottawa. The architecture is incredible and the guided tours of each Block are very informative - you learn some history and also how Canadian government works! Don't miss the view from the Peace Tower and visit the Memorial Chamber commemorating Canada's war dead.

The architecture is magnificent. As I recall, I believe it is a copy of those in London. I had a discussion there with the locals about their Government and ours. The Canadian was unaware he did not live in a democracy.

Summer evenings, sound and light show- days at noon, changing of the guards, and right next to the Ottawa Canal and iconic Chateau Laurier. From there stroll to Elgin Street or the Byward Market for the action and great food.

It was so awesome to see where everything takes place in our country. It was neat to see the room where the discussions take place, and the detail inside is amazing. Definitely take a guided tour of the parliament buildings.

Try visiting local market, you will find so many interesting cheap things to buy. Amazing view from the top of the peace tower, specially in winter. I felt honored to visit parliament buildings
