Bruce Peninsula is home to some rare varieties of flora and fauna, including the Massassauga rattlesnake. The scenery of the park ranges from rocky shorelines and cliff faces to ferns and orchids and lush cedar forests. Numerous lakes and campgrounds are within the park, which is not far from Tobermory.

We camped at Cyprus Lake, and found the sites very spacious and fairly private. There are some nice hikes ranging from 1-5km in length, and the Bruce Trail passes through the park too. A must-do is to visit the "grotto" on the shores of Georgian Bay, amazing colour in the water and great views from the cliffs!
