The home of the Toronto Maple Leafs NHL hockey team, Toronto Raptors NBA basketball team and Toronto Rock Lacrosse Club in the NLL. As it is downtown, it is convenient to get to. It is also usually full of 'suits', so Toronto crowds can be quiet and lame compared to what one may expect or be used to in Europe, South America and elsewhere. Lacrosse games can get a bit wild and fun compared to basketball or hockey. The building itself looks like an airport hangar, and doesn't have any real defining characteristics to make it stand out from any other large arena. Despite this, there are usually enough excitable fans and alcoholic drinks around to make it a fun night for a sports event or a concert. Acoustics for concerts at the ACC are generally good for how big it is.

Great Venue for a hockey game, or other event. The venders and special events around the beginning are fun, including the Leafs TV stand set up in the middle of the lobby where they do the live taping.

If you're looking for nightlife and things to do, wonderful. If you're looking a quite place to get away, go somewhere else. Busy, busy and busier. Drive like the Torontorians or be run over!

I love visiting this city, but wouldn't want to live here. A lot of commuting and lots of smog :(
