Oct 25, 2008 I am completely in love with the ROM. I went there earlier this year, just after they had completed adding a new wing to it...called the Crystal. I took a gazillion pictures of the many exhibits -- biology, art, history, animal, cultural, Asian, Canadian, First Nations, Dinosaurs -- it will blow your mind. Even the gift shop was a jewel of a place. You could buy books, trinkets, CDs, jewellery, shells, starfish, crystals, pottery, baskets, cultural art -- it's breathtaking, and everybody there is so helpful knowledgeable. Aug 30, 2010 To visit ROM and really see all with proper focus you have to book at least two days. But it is worth it . For those who don’t have lot of time I recommend visiting dinosaurs and mammals from the Natural History section and First People, Egypt (beware of the mummy curse) and of course Canada from World Cultures. It is like traveling by time machine sometimes. Oct 13, 2008 Dubbed the ROM, this is the best, most interesting, museum in Toronto. They always have a special theme going on with different exhibits. The museum has undergone a massive restoration in recent years and is a wonderful place to visit in Toronto. Sep 24, 2009 best museum i've seen so far! great displays and penty of hands on activities for children to enjoy. Def need at least two days to explore this gigantic museum! May 29, 2010 One of the best museums in North America. Very interesting and big collections. When I visited in 2008 I even saw a Darwin exhibition. Related Links
