About 1 1/2 hours north of Toronto. North on hwy 400 to Barrie, exit Bayfield St. take hwy 27 to 92. Hwy 92 goes right into Wasaga Beach.

The main drag at Wasaga Beach is a people-watching, shopping, beach-side paradise in the summer. Young guys and gals checking each other out, families with kinds enjoying rides and sugary foods...it really is a lively spot....can be very hard to find a spot to park during popular summer weekends. We used to visit every year during the August long weekend. If you go in the winter time it's like a ghost town!

The main drag/strip is where all the action is. There are shops/stores, arcades, food vendors and bars. For 2 weeks in the summer there is a midway with games and rides. Long weekends in the summer are crazy. Our little town of 16,000 grows to about 100,000
