Beautiful Mountains! The pictures of China that people see - but can never find - like the ones that are drawn in "Kung Fu Panda" that's where those mountains actually exist! Don't go in the summer - it's too hot!
Trails are not strenuous, but there are a lot of stairs. If you have bad knees, I'd recommend taking the tram up the mountain, and taking the hike around the top. The views are absolutely gorgeous from the top.
An interesting point of interest is the "foot massaging" trail.
