The walls surround the inner city and are about 14km long. Most sections have been restored but you can't quite walk all the way around. You're about 12m off the ground though, so you have a great view of the city when you're up there.

The city wall at Xi'an extends all around the inner city with several gate houses and can be biked or walked.
