This beautiful horseshoe shaped lake still retains much of its natural unspoiled beauty.  The lake contains five islands, and number of bays, and is surrounded by mist shrouded mountains.  While here, it is possible to visit the nearby Mosuo people, a traditional matriarchal society.

fabulous place, beautiful view, yet unique culture. Here you can find one of chinese's minority ethnic, which have maternal pattern of life. for short 无夫无父, no husband also no father, for long come by yourself

Women are having the biggest power and women will inherit the wealth of the family.. The most interesting part here is "walking marriage"!!
