El rodadero, is one of the coolest place in Cartagena. a ton of people go there, it's really cool, you could find a ton of people. Nice beach

Rodadero is the beach near Santa Marta, not Cartagena. It IS on the Colombian Coast. It is a major resort for local Colombian tourism.
