Santa Cruz de Manga is the name of the church in the residential neighborhood of Manga.  While technically on the 'island' of Manga t,his is not a shopping area of note.  For high-end shopping in Cartagena you might go out to Pieirno Gallo Plaza in the new part of town (El Laguito).  And in the Old City there are many shops of all kinds.
