The Basilica in Yamoussoukro is one of the nicest landmarks in Cote d'Ivoire. It was constructed during Felix Houphouet Boigny's time and I believe features the second largest dome of any basilica in the world. This was done as a sign of respect towards St. Peter's Basilica. A must visit to anyone planning a trip to Cote d'Ivoire.
