It's well worth checking out the world's only divided national capital. Currently patrolled by UN troops.
It's a strange eerie feeling walking through derelict buildings, and seeing across into no-man's land. Beyond that is the TRNC.
Which defiantly flies it's flag along side that of Turkey's. It's very interesting oozing, history, international tension between Greece, Cyprus Turkey, Politics.....It's Well worth visiting
