Be carefull ! The tourist office of Lefkosia/Nicosie is open only until 2pm. So, you better arrive in the morning if you didn't reserve an accomodation ! To go to the tourist office, you pass under an arch. The proximity of the tourist office with the outside stands of the souvenir shops is impressive !
Go around, enjoy the decoration (outside and inside) of the shops, restaurants, talk with the locals. They will be very friendly to you !!!
