Sep 29, 2011 The Infant Jesus of Prague came from Spain. A Duchesse offered it to her daughter who married a Bohemian in 1556. The daughter gave it to the Carmelite priests who placed it in the church of Our Lady of Victory. After the war, in 1637 a priest found the statue in the corner of the church. The statue had broken arms. People from all over the world visit the church to pray or to ask for the birth of a child. The statue is small and it has a lot of outfits in different colors. On the second floor, there is a museum of the Infant’s outfits. Most of them are gifts from different countries.
