Near the main trainstation ( about 500m walk)exit the trainstation at the front and go right.You have to go underground to get to the other sie of Sumavska in the tunnel take a right(NOT STRAIGT it goes to a tram stop and you cant cross) Follow Sumavska street cause you cant walk via Sirkova street(E49)than follow Nadrazni. You will walk onto a walkbridge( there is an elevator to get up to it ) cross it and when you in the center you can take a good look on the arches of the entrance.

The Urquelle brewery in Plzen (Pilzen) was very lovely to visit. You can get a tour for just a few bucks. They take you to the new brewery and the old part. And also underground where you can taste an unfiltered Urquelle. Very lovely, and very cold underground. The tour guide speaks very clearly in english and the tour takes you through historical and a museum. THe whole brewing proces is explained.
Worth the time and value for your money.
There is also a nice restaurant where you can try all the beers they brew and the food was delicous. There is also a small gift shop. Dont buy beer from there its more expensive than in a shop and watch prices cause sometimes its cheaper to buy 1 glass and a 6pack of beer seperate than if they are in 1 box alltogether( gift wrap)
