With its distinguished status as a former imperial city, from Gorm the Old, and later his son Harald Bluetooth ruled the country, with its famous monuments like these kings left, they have done Jelling into something quite special.

In Jelling is the story alive. Certainly there passed around. 1000 years ago to Gorm and Harald were citizens of the city, and in 2000 entered a building opposite the high fre telling about Jelling kings and their time.
The building is called Jelling and the exhibition offers the Jelling monuments which is Denmark's most important national monument and as such it is included on UNESCO `s list of world heritage.
