Oct 18, 2008 This beach on Santa Cruz is one of the nicest white sand beaches on all the the Galapagos islands. Great snorkelling and swimming, with outcrops of lava rocks where sally light foot crabs and pelicans hang out. You'll also find marine iguanas around, and parts of the beach are used for nesting sea turtles when laying eggs. There is also a lagoon to enjoy glimpses of flamingoes and other birds. Related Links
