The biggest city on the main island where most people start their Galapagos journey after flying into the Galapagos. The city does have a couple of decent bars, some good restaurants and lots of shops for picking up some t-shirts or jewelry (lots of silver). If you have the time spend an extra day or two here before exploring the islands by boat.

nice people, Charles Darwin resort, nature i top, volcano, the markets, Tortoise, birds, igoaner, seelions, and restaurant.
