Punta Cormorant is the main landing site on Floreana Island. It is at the extreme northern tip of the island and includes a hiking trail connecting two beaches, which passes by a flamingo lagoon.

While this island isn't the most impressive visually, the flamingo lagoon did provide a great background for taking pictures of them. The beach on the east side is much nicer than the west, as you may run into sea lions or sea turtles there. The trail is moderate, not too difficult.
