Short drive out of Cuenca.
Upper part has mountains, lakes, mists and moorlands. Desolate but beautiful. Be careful without a guide though, the fog moves in very quickly and can be disorientating. Lower part is rainforest with lots of birdlife including the tucan. Also has amazing rainforest flowers, very beautiful.
