One of the most majestic temples Ramses II built as a monument to himself. It is truly breath-taking- the sheer size, dimensions and architecture. Anyone would be cowed into awed silence to be in the presence of History himself- we humans are but nano-atoms of existence juxtaposed against the boundless tide of time. Petra of Jordan is blanched lily-white in comparison.
