It is dedicated to Horus, the falcon headed god (57 BC). It's the second largest temple after the Karnak.There are different rooms with carvings on the wall taht depict the life of Horus. Besides there is a room where they used to present the offerings to the gods.

The visit in this temple is real worth as it is the one in Egypt completely preserved! Well, the weather around here is hot almost all of the time..

Definitely worth seeing this place, the Horus Temple is one of the most beautiful Egyptian temples I've visited when I was in Egypt... :)
