About Castillo del Rey
Ministerio Castillo del Rey, or King's Castle Ministries, is a ministry run by the Assemblies of God and is largely aimed towards the children of El Salvador. The main campus is located across a narrow dirt road from El Lago de Coatepeque.
While not one of the traditional El Salvador attractions, both the campus and the lake are beautiful, with lush green scenery that sets off the white and blue (the Salvadoran national colors) "castle style" buildings. Castillo del Rey also has several wild horses that live on the campus, as well as two monkeys. Castle also has a large dock at the lake that features a trapeze.
