This is a unique place to visit. It's actually my first trip out of my home country Singapore many years ago. I remember the place as very pleasant, even in Summer when the sun "never" sets. Very stress free 'cos not many people crowding the streets, unlike Singapore. But, 1 plate of local chicken rice cost a whopping US$30. Move to the country side to enjoy the many many fresh water lakes that you can actually swim and paddle in.

This all chalk-white church is a Lutheran one.Was completed in 1852,12 years after the death of its designer-Engel.The stairs are a favourite meeting point for young couples.The church is situated in the Senate square.
