Amazing place, it is absolutely huge!! Allow a whole day for it and it is very easy to get to from Paris, just take a train from Gare de Montparnasse (try to get a fast one). Make sure you go into the Chateau itself as the Hall of Mirrors is amazing as well as the other rooms. The garden is very pretty and you can pay to go inside some of the other buildings in the gardens. On selected days the fountains are running and it is well worth seeing them. A must visit!!

Such opulence...no wonder the plebes stormed the palace. The palace was amazing. While I was inside it was like I was in another world...on another planet. The Hall of Mirrors, The King's chambers, The Queens Chambers, the vast fields and gardens...so beautiful and excessive. Wheelchair accessibility was possible for most of the site, but again it is an old building. Everyone should see this site.

It is a awesome palace, lots of history, very well preserved. You can buy your ticket in advance to scape the lines. Pay attention to the metro that you are going to catch, it is really a train, and the trains have names! You shoud check wich is the right one on the board on the wall near the tracks.

Does anybody think I can ad a review about this place?You have to stop doing anything and began to imagine yourself living there and running in the gardens and then having dinner or a dance lesson in one of the superb rooms.And yes,people,real people did all those things once.

Pretty much built for tourists but still a great place to go. Just remember to get there early during the day (otherwise you will end up in the queue for a good two hours) and that it will take you the whole day to see it. The Hall of Mirrors is extraordinary.
