Nimes is a very beautiful town fittingly known as the "Rome of France." The Jardin de la Fontaine is a beautiful park that has an ancient temple to Diana and statues from a demolished 18th century chateau. The hills behind the park give wonderful views of the town as well as from the Roman tower at the top of the hill. The canals and the amphitheatre are also other must see sites.

I just love it , so beautiful and charming and it's a great place to hang in with your boy/girlfriend
