This is the easiest and fastest way to go to Great-Britain from the mainland. You can put your car, coach or whatever on the train and it will bring you to the other side of the canal in a record time. From Brussels Midi trainstation it will take you about two hours as a passenger to go to London. The train rides under sealevel and it takes about 20 minutes to cross the canal. If you are looking for a cheaper way to get there then you should take a ferry but it will take you much longer...
