Probably the best pizza I have ever had was from one of these street vendors. The pizza was grilled! The olive oil/herb condiment pushed what was already delicious, totally over the top. Maybe the added ambience of revelers in the street, celebrating a France win during World Cup had something to do with it, but who cares!
