From what I have seen so far the Rathaus of Bremen is one of the nicest and most beautiful in Germany. The square with the Roland in front of it is always worth a visit and a picture. You'll also get good coffee and have time to relax with a beautiful view over the square.

The central Bremen area has a very old and magnificent architecture. The green rooftops remind one of the old Hanseatic League.

It's a cosy city where the modern and history co-exist in a fantastic way. Plus food and drinks are delicious :D
