Oct 22, 2008 I quite enjoyed my trip to Kakum National Park, although it did feel a bit on the 'mass tourism' side of things for it to be truly enjoyable. The suspension bridge was surprisingly thrilling and the views were spectacular, the downside was that we were shepherded up there in an enormous group, sent out onto the bridge in the same group (although slightly spaced out so that the bridge could cope with the weigh) and then sent back to the office again. I've been told it's much better if you're there first thing in the morning. You can also stay in the forest overnight and attempt to see animals (I don't know how likely you are to see any but I'm sure it's a nice place to spend an evening regardless). Jan 1, 2009 The Canopy Walkway is so fun. But if you don't like insects or spiders: stay away :-P
