A large market with goods ranging from food to clothes to furniture. Perhaps not the most typical of the Ghana attractions, but certain a good place to get in touch with local culture and activities.

Best to take a cab. Negotiate price with the driver first. It's within Accra so it shouldn't be too expensive getting there.

It's so big that you can spend a whole day there looking and buying. It doesn't cater especially to foreigners so you'll be fighting for air with locals. Anything will be sold to you even if it's not their specialty. We saw a box of 2 live chickens outside a fabric shop for the owner's dinner and he offered to sell them to us.
