This is a great overnight tour with a local farm owner. The three meals provided were the best food I had in Honduras, perhaps because everything they gave was was grown and made directly on the farm. The horseback tour was great, the hacienda we stayed at was beautiful, the night swim in the hot springs was fantastic. If you're around Copan, the finca is not to be missed!

Getting there:
Take any bus that will drop you off at Copan Ruinas. It's not a big town. Ask around for the office of Finca el Cisne. They will hook you up with transportation to the farm for the overnight.
