Near Tsim Sha Tsui is where the big malls are. The rest of Kowloon is crowded, narrow, and filled with stuff off the beaten path. Try Ladies Market; I got a good flashlight for $30HKD ($3.50) My brother got the same one in the US for $7USD

This is located on the main land and has a firework display around 8 or 9 pm. There are local who will take a picture of you with the night sky line of Hong Kong island.

Nice area with lots of space and a mix of culture, history and modern architect in the near and far bank. Definitely work walking around in the day and in the night.

Lots of markets, shops, restaurants, food stalls and cheaper accommodation, albeit seedier; something in Kowloon to stimulate all of your senses for sure!

I live in here, hard to comment!!! But I can proudly say that it is a paradise of food! U can find restaurants in broad range of styles!!!
