A love this place. Nice place to go on a stroll or a picnic with family or friends.

even though its the only man made sea heated beach in the world its not some thing you go to Iceland to see, however if you want too see a beautiful natural white/red beach in Iceland i much rather recommend rauðisandur (e. Red sand) it's located in the west fjords and its much less crowded apart from cacional few tourist. its a wonderfull bath place that will give any beach in the world full completition if only the weather will allow it wich only happens the very 10 hotest days in the year in this part of the world; eventhough more an more now since glopal warming. Therefore i won't recommend you to go sun bathing on a bech in iceland nor swim in the sea beacause you should rather just have a look at some of the extraordinary beatiful black sand beaches there and the magnifecent dangerous sea.

Bottom line is it would be much more worth wile using your time to see some of the hundreds of other natural attractions Iceland has to offer
