New Delhi is a bustling city. You’ll be surprised by the noise, the smell, the barefoot children running around you, the strayed dogs and cows mingled with people, the rickshaws that nearly knock you down. Not far from this chaos, there is a big quiet garden where Mahatma Ghandi’s tomb lies (Ghandi was cremated in 1948). The tomb is so modest and decorated with flowers and two burning lights.

A must-see on a trip to Delhi - very peaceful place and a wonderful tribute to Ghandi.
