This is the city where Mahatma Gandhi was born. The Gandhi Ashram, next to the Sabarmati river was the place where he practised all his teachings and where all his followers learnt from him... also the place where the big march that gave freedom to India departed.
Here you could get to see his room and a little nice exhibition about his life. Enjoy and... watch out when crossing the streets!!
