best place to getaway....
clean sandy beach around the island. no cars, no motorcylces, no pollution.
shark point is just on of beautiful dive spot around the island, a place to see sharks. diving is a must activity in this place. but snorkling is not dissapointed too... if you're lucky, you can see turtles swimming around you...

This is the largest of the 3 Gili Islands and has the most tourists. It is known as the party island. With no police on the islands, don't be surprised to see Magic Mushrooms on boards advertising drinks at the bars. Tons of places to eat and hang out on the beach, even if you are making a day trip from another island.

One of the best islands to go in Indonesia: really small, no cars, no police... parties all night long!

I crashed at the island for 2 nights, right after the hike at Mount Rinjani, Lombok. A place good for relaxation which was what i needed at that time. Snorkelling was a letdown due to choppy waters and overcrowded boat. The sunset and sunrise are breathtaking. They always are, anywhere.
