JAM GADANG or CLOCK TOWER is a 26 m high tower with a clock at the top of the tower, located at the heart of Bukit Tinggi-West Sumatra, established in 1826 as a present of Princess Juliana to the Secretary of Bukit Tinggi Mayor .

One of the icon of Bukittinggi, this 26 meter tall clock house is the Bigben of West Sumatra (even maybe Indonesia?).Built on 1926, the clockface still use the IIII numbering instead of IV.
