it's an old bridge across the musi river called "ampera" which known as a landmark of palembang, a provincional city in sumatra island, indonesia.
made from solid metal and still work over 50 years after independence day. the idea was came from the first president of indonesia, mr soekarno.
in one of the edge of this bridge, there's an old fort named in local as 'benteng kuto besak'. but travelers can not in, since it's counted as army's property :(
