We went to Blarney Castle to kiss the Blarney Stone, but the Rock Close ended up being our favorite part of the visit. There is a lot of superstition surrounding the area and you can see why with the “Wishing steps”, “Witches Kitchen” and the Dolmen. We tried the wishing steps, but walking up and down the steps with your eyes closed (some argue that it has to be done backwards) was tough since there were lots of people trying to do this all at once. Maybe next time!
