It's like this...
I'm walking... climbing a mountain! A very old one. The only thing I can see is grass, purple little flowers, rocks and water straiming down from op the mountain! Nature at it's best! A bit furder I can hear something... a sheep! The animal is watching me and is trying to decide if I'm a predator lurking about or just someone passing by! I'm hungry... Climbing a 886 meter high mountain isn't like taking a walk trough the park! I look at my friend and he's watching the topografic map! He wanted to lead the way... follow the path... no problem... The only problem was... because of the large amount of rain in the last few months the mountain got saturated with water. So all the water go's down... with no regard to people whom want to follow the path!
I looked at my friend and he says follow the rocks, that's the path... "yeah right" Next to a lot of grass there are a lot of rocks... I took the map and looked at it! Crossed refrences and said... well we lost the path! But still we had to go up so... that's what we did! We knew that we where in search of a mountain lake! But we didn't expect the beauty of it!
It wasn't like anything I ever saw! Beautyfull, peacefull... a constant rumble of the little waterfall from the lake into a stream going down hill! I had the best view ever!

This isn't just a park this is kind of nature reservate. Strange to have this big and very quiet park next to such a busy touristy littly town. Loved it , place to enjoy the nature and some of the ruins or half ruins that are scattered around the place. Take your time to visit this and don't forget your lunch.

Most beautiful national park I've ever been to, complete with old mansions, abbeys, churches, lakes, waterfalls and a castle.

A large national park that contains a museum and plenty of walking tracks and a picturesque lake.
