Just drive up Ahuza towards Kfar Saba and you'll see it on the Right hand side. It's probably around traffic light 3 or 4.

Without the Third Ear in Ra'anana, I wouldn't have been buying music in Israel. There's also a Third Ear in Haifa and Tel Aviv, but they're less in accordance with my tastes.
